MMODE is the non-profit organization that contributes to the growth, influence and competitiveness of the Quebec fashion industry. Every year, some 250 players from all fashion sub-sectors join mmode to develop and implement promising projects for the industry as a whole.

Le gala mmode, présenté par le Parc Jean-Drapeau, revient pour une sixième édition le 7 décembre , afin de célébrer la créativité, l’engagement et l’excellence de l’écosystème québécois de la mode.Grâce au soutien de nos partenaires, 16 prix seront remis pour reconnaître et encourager les talents qui contribuent à l’essor de notre industrie. Depuis les 6 dernières années, mmode a remis plus de 690 000$ en prix en argent et en services aux entreprises de notre secteur ainsi qu’aux étudiants et diplômés de nos écoles et institution d’enseignement de mode. À travers le gala, mmode reconnaît le talent de notre province et chaque année nous sommes fiers de pouvoir les célébrer ensemble lors ce moment festif.

Montreal Fashion Week is back!
From September 16 to 22, 2024, the entire Quebec fashion ecosystem: designers, retailers, manufacturers and schools are invited to come together to celebrate the effervescence and richness of our local fashion. Collection launches, runway shows, studio visits, conferences, shopping events and more!

Since February 2024, the mmode cluster has partnered with Services Québec's Montreal office to address the labor shortage plaguing the fashion and apparel industry. The companies offer not only diversified job prospects, but also a welcoming and inclusive work environment for often marginalized populations of workers. As part of this initiative, the mmode cluster links job offers in the sector with job seekers in Services Québec offices, and provides personalized support to employers. This under-utilized talent represents a real opportunity for industry growth!

After Paris and New York, it's the turn of the Quebec metropolis to host the prestigious Première Vision show, which will make its debut on Canadian soil on April 22 and 23, 2025.
Supported by the Grappe métropolitaine de mode, Tourisme Montréal and the Ministère du Tourisme du Québec, the first edition - not only Canadian, but Montreal-based - of this international event marks a decisive milestone in the promotion of Quebec know-how. Première Vision's primary mission is to propel the various players in the industry forward, making it a catalyst for the development of Quebec's fashion, economic and business tourism sectors.
