MMODE is the non-profit organization that contributes to the growth, influence and competitiveness of the Quebec fashion industry. Every year, some 250 players from all fashion sub-sectors join mmode to develop and implement promising projects for the industry as a whole.

En Mode Croissance - Compétences is a new training program designed to transform managers of companies in the sector into effective and inspiring leaders. The program focuses on developing team management skills, while taking into account the new realities of the job market facing today's managers and companies.
This innovative program aims to provide managers with the tools they need to energize their teams and create a positive, productive work environment. Based on the principles of continuous learning and co-development, this program offers much more than theoretical content: it provides a unique opportunity for managers to learn together, through mutual collaboration and the exchange of enriching experiences. By joining this program, managers gain access to practical knowledge, individualized coaching and a network of professional contacts, helping them to evolve and excel in their leadership roles.

Le 3 décembre 2024 avait lieu le gala annuel de mmode. Cette 4ème édition est venue récompenser plus de 20 entrepreneur.es et acteur.ices de l’industrie de la mode d’ici avec des prix d’une valeur totale de plus de 140 000$. Nous remercions tous les partenaires donneurs de prix pour leur soutien incomparable et leur engagement envers notre industrie !Finalement, une mention toute spéciale aux partenaires expériences de cette soirée qui nous ont permis de proposer une toute autre expérience à nos invité.e.s La Vie En Rose, Maison Jacynthe, Rise Kombucha, Beauties Lab, Moodgie, Omy Laboratoire, Accent Labels et Musée McCord-Stewart. Since February 2024, the mmode cluster has partnered with Services Québec's Montreal office to address the labor shortage plaguing the fashion and apparel industry. The companies offer not only diversified job prospects, but also a welcoming and inclusive work environment for often marginalized populations of workers. As part of this initiative, the mmode cluster links job offers in the sector with job seekers in Services Québec offices, and provides personalized support to employers. This under-utilized talent represents a real opportunity for industry growth!

After Paris and New York, it's the turn of the Quebec metropolis to host the prestigious Première Vision show, which will make its debut on Canadian soil on April 22 and 23, 2025.
Supported by the Grappe métropolitaine de mode, Tourisme Montréal and the Ministère du Tourisme du Québec, the first edition - not only Canadian, but Montreal-based - of this international event marks a decisive milestone in the promotion of Quebec know-how. Première Vision's primary mission is to propel the various players in the industry forward, making it a catalyst for the development of Quebec's fashion, economic and business tourism sectors.
